Tim Hortons - Courtice

Worst service given by Krishna in the store. I asked other employee they are also tired of her.. she dont know how to talk with customer also she think she is the owner..Need to talk to management…Owner’s should know this matter…NOT SATISFIED

Drive thru customer service absolutely sucks. I hate saying this because there are still two ladies there who are absolutely fantastic. The rest of the drive thru employees are unfriendly, slow and incompetent. Just a suggestion, instead of holding the food and hot drinks out the window while carrying on a conversation with the other staff, leaving the customer chasing your wandering hand to grab their purchase, interact with the customer making eye contact. I'm surprised no one has had a hot drink spilled on them.

Best Tim Hortons I have been too. Staff is super fast and nice. Saw a young man outside picking up garbage which was nice to see as the one I go to in Scarborough has garbage EVERYWHERE. So nice to see this establishment cares about their property.

Horrible customer service. Especially female manager/supervisor in the drive through window most mornings. Never friendly.

So sick of this tim Hortons , I can never ever go their and get a bagel with butter they littlerly put the smallest amount of butter on bagels here as i'f they are trying to save money on it , extremely tired of chewing on dry dough,GIVE YOUR HEADS A SHAKE
