We decided on the Cha... read more Our second visit to Courmayeur and this excellent steak restaurant. The only problem is what to choose as there are so many tempting cuts. We decided on the Chateaubriand and shared 1200grams between the four of us accompanied by a carafe of house red mmmmm. The manager Angelo and all the staff were very attentive considering how busy they were. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to any meat loving visitors to Courmayeur.

The staff were... read more We had a wonderful dinner here on our first night in Courmayeur. The steak was cooked to preference perfectly and was very good value for money. The staff were exceptional, and there is a good accompanying wine selection. We enjoyed it so much we went to their sister restaurant next door the following night for Pizza, which was also great.

We started with an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, which was truly excellent, although I personally would have preferred a thinner cut. For main courses, we chose the Valdostana steak, exceptional in flavor and quality, and the ribs, which I wasn't entirely convinced by, being a bit too fatty. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, a detail I greatly appreciated. The bill was a little high, but overall in line with prices in Courmayeur.
