Here, you 'll experience a vibrant authenticity, orchestrated by two young talents who have successfully brought together, with extraordinary harmony, two immense and seemingly distant gastronomic cultures: Piedmont and Japan, but with an unmistakable touch of the mountains. We didn... read more Superb culinary experience! Small but very creative menu, excellent quality and taste. I love the small details such the steak knife and special spoons. We didn’t try the wines , but there was a fine selection available. The whole family was really impressed by the experience, probably the best dinner during our 7 day stay in Courmayeur.
