It's a classic salad bar. You choose salad, pasta,... As a main ingredient, then 4 ingredients and a sauce. The quantities are generous but it's a little expensive. A good place if you want to eat healthy and compose your meal as you like. A lot of students are going there for taking away their lunch.

I love this outlet. The selection of salad types is comprehensive and diverse. It’s reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly. Well recommended

This place is near my office. It usually has a line from noon to around 13:30. Despite the line up they are pretty fast at serving your salad. These salads are HUGE! The ingredients are fresh and delicious. Inside is usually very loud and the line up goes up the middle of the restaurant. The system is as follows: pick your base (pasta, greens, quinoa) and add your ingredients (divided into a blue counter and a green counter the cheapest option is 4 ingredients from the green counter). The dressing is included in the price and the bread is on the house. Get your salad to go. I usually go the the quinoa base and 4 ingredients from the green counter 6,90€ Outside you can pick a table, eat in the outdoor area or go to the steps of the Grande Arche.
