The website allows you to pre-order and pre-pay. Brilliant for a busy bank holiday night as we wanted to eat early with elderly family. £70+ pounds down and no confirmation of order for a couple hours we rang 30mins before collection time to find we had to wait longer. Haven’t tried food yet but given there are only 4 of us: over-priced and shoddy customer service. Don’t take pre-orders if you can’t handle them. If we had chosen cash payment on collection we would have cancelled.
Burnt onion bhajis and naan bread.... Wont be back!
