Slow. Took 10 minutes before anyone showed up. The guy that took my order had terrible customer service skills. He acted like I was an inconvenience to him. He moved as fast as someone who hates their job but knows they get paid hourly would move. View all feedback.
I just ordered a chicken bacon ranch to go but got tuna instead of chicken. By the time I noticed, my bus was already on the road. They have a new deli fridge that does not let you see the meats and cheeses. otherwise I would have noticed.i was also not handed my receipt.
Can't order on the app. It has been offline for a while now!
People are never ready to start your order always nowhere to be seen. Takes a long time for anyone to come help the customer and really bad customer service skills. Lack if training is my guess or maybe laziness.
Terrible service from the 2 girls who served, one of them pregnant (the one with the tattoo), they served me practically what they wanted and they charged us for the guacamole when they didn't even have any, the pregnant girl got angry because they made a mistake with my order and I asked them to They changed it, for another there was a boy with excellent customer service but he was afraid of the pregnant girl, thank you, I will never return to this branch
Several times now I have gone to this Subway and there is no one there at the counter. I tap on the counter and wait and no one comes out. In the past, other employees of the store would go and get someone, but not anymore. It’s gotten so bad that I go to the smaller Subway off FM 468. This store needs a serious shake up.
