Our first visit to the restaurant. We were very happy with all of our food. Gnocchi and veal piccata were excellent! Nice cocktails, bread and clams casino. We will return.

Service was outstanding with our server. Caprese salad was excellent and enough to split for two. Meal came out perfectly. Prices a little high but inline with other nice restaurants. They claimed to be short staffed in the kitchen but our server made sure we were served on time. Definitely will return.

We had a delightful evening at Villagio last night. The atmosphere was both romantic and welcoming, set in a charming colonial house. Our server, Jenna, was outstanding; she had perfect timing and made sure we never felt rushed or waited too long for anything. The food was incredible, featuring a creative menu, and our entrees were beautifully plated. The portion sizes were so generous that we're excited to enjoy the leftovers for dinner tonight. We loved the olive oil for dipping, which had chunks of garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, and it was served with delicious Italian bread as soon as we were seated. We tried the Villagio salad, shrimp scampi, and veal parmigiana, and we were so full that we didn’t have room for dessert, although they looked amazing. Next time, we’ll definitely save some space!

Saturday night was my first time dining at Villaggio, the historical home on route 28 that I have passed by a million times and always wanted to try. We learned quickly from our host and waiter Tim that they were down 2 chefs, one server and a hostess. The first thing I noticed in what could have been chaos, Tim was completely calm, engaging, still had a subtle sense of humor and navigated several different roles with ease. The only thing that could have impressed me as much was the amazing dinner he served us. The food was delicious and served in perfect time. From the warm bread and olive oil to the chicken parmigiana that was so perfect, to the seafood fra diavolo was outstanding. I cannot recommend Villaggio enough. The food, the staff and especially Tim made it a perfect experience.

Arrived after a local concert. Restaurant was challenged to help everyone. Waitress was good, but we would have preferred more frequent attention. Two of 3 of us were very happy with the meals (scallops and chicken scarpariello) . I was less pleased with my chicken saltimbocca. Chicken was tough and seasonings were confused. Ambience was comfortable and not too noisy. Pricey but not exorbitant.
