I can't believe this place is still operating. I waited in line for a long time, and the service was incredibly slow—it's hard to believe! The staff really needs to be replaced as soon as possible!

I’ve been trying to get a refund for an order I never received. Manager Vanessa Shelley emailed once over a month ago stating she shared my feedback and hoped I’d gotten this resolved. Definitely not! Will let everyone I know not to place an order at this location.
Great subs when you can get them. Arrived at 7:40 the lights were on but the door was locked. Closing time was 8:30 according to the information on the door. We were there 3 or 4 minutes and 3 other cars pulled up. Open when advertised is important, and forget getting them on the phone.
Walked in and the lady started rushing us by saying “let’s get this show on the road” when we were not ready as we were looking at the menu. Throughout us trying to order, each person from putting toppings on the sandwich to the cash register was talking to us at the same time “what do you want on your sandwich” “how many drinks are you getting, etc.” it was very annoying and frustrating. We were extremely rushed and it was very unprofessional.
