The care the staff take in making sure that my order is safe for me goes above and beyond. I can't comment on the food as Costa (as a chain) only makes a flapjack that is safe for me to eat. She was a... read more I visited Costa yesterday with my daughter and was very disappointed. A staff member mocked my pronunciation of a drink name in a rude, sarcastic way. She was also unkind to a colleague from a different background. Very unprofessional behavior. I hope Costa trains staff to respect cultural differences. I won’t be visiting again.
