The card machine was broken, and the app couldn't scan, so they had to use the reception. Only cash payments were accepted.

I encountered a lovely woman who made and served coffee. The coffee is lovely, and the fresh muffins are excellent. The staff here are wonderful too!

She was a... read more I visited Costa yesterday with my daughter and was very disappointed. A staff member mocked my pronunciation of a drink name in a rude, sarcastic way. She was also unkind to a colleague from a different background. Very unprofessional behavior. I hope Costa trains staff to respect cultural differences. I won’t be visiting again.
