Prices have gone up in recent times but I gave it 4 stars as some of the staff there, two young females on particular, didn't seem to make the customer experience complete. Nice location. loads of high end local produce, at high end prices
You won't find a more spectacular display of fresh food in WA.
Boat shed is in a lane of it's own. It is pricey but you pay for the fine quality and service. If you go and complain that a boxed item is $6 less In another shop then you're in the wrong section. They have amazing fresh produce! Sea food and meat selections are fantastic not to mention there freshly made breads desserts and meals. Not only all that but there's always a happy staff member ready to help you out.
Not a bad place for a quick lunch stop. Got a pre made ham salad roll and some ploughman's buns. Asked for a cheese roll to be made up, but staff said they don't make them up in the deli during the day.

On checkout, one of the check out girls just didn't seem to realise that if you work for an establishment that's reknown for some excellent produce, you have to at least play along with the delivery of service with a smile, whether or not you like the job. If you don't enjoy it, why do it? But anyway, that's just my two cents worth. Two cents means nothing in the western suburbs anyway right?
