What Cazbaz1954 doesn't like about The Riverside Cafe:
We decided to take our family for breakfast here, having been there as a couple many times before. I must say I was very disappointed this time, both the bacon and sausage was hard and over cooked and the baked beans didn’t seem the same brand as before. This was my first visit in four years (since the pandemic) and I was happy to find that this cafe is still a fantastic spot in a wonderful location with a talented chef. I enjoyed perfectly poached eggs on toast with bacon and a satisfyingly large mug of tea (I dislike small teacups). It was great to see that they are still thriving.

This is alway the first place we visit when on our holiday in Bourton, really dog friendly. You are always greeted with a smile and nothing is to much trouble for all the staff. The breakfast is tip top, all fresh ingredients served up piping hot and really good sized portions. Great value for the money and yes we will back back lots more times before we go back home.
This charming café offers a variety of lunch options including paninis, soups, and salads. The staff was excellent and it's a perfect spot for a relaxing break.
