What DavidTWinfield doesn't like about The Kings Head:
The Kings head is a pub with history which is listed on the blackboard. It is a proper local pub. If you want good priced tasty food served by friendly staff go and take in the local atmosphere. It's not fine dining and it doesn't pretend to be. View all feedback. What dianarhoward likes about The Kings Head:

Nestled in a picturesque setting, The King's Head embodies the charm of a classic local pub steeped in history. With a welcoming atmosphere, affordable menu options, and friendly staff, it offers a delightful escape from everyday life. Guests rave about the generous portion sizes and quality of locally-sourced dishes, while the tranquil garden area provides a perfect backdrop for sunny meals. Though it’s not a hotel, its 'Pub with Rooms' designation invites a cozy stay, albeit with mixed reviews on accommodations. Overall, The King's Head promises hearty meals and a vibrant community spirit, making it a must-visit.

Good pub in a cute Cotswold village. Sunday pork roast was excellent. And, since it's a Free House, you get a good choice of Ales.
