Mcdonald's - Cotswold

I haven't been to Macs in a while, and it seems like the quality has significantly declined. If you go there regularly, you may not notice the changes as much. The burgers are smaller and overpriced for a family meal, and they taste cold and bland. It would be more cost-effective to visit a kebab van or a local family-run cafe, where you can enjoy flavorful food and good service with hot dishes. I recommend staying away from Macs and supporting local businesses instead.

I would give this place no stars if I could. It was a complete disaster. The bald-headed manager was incredibly rude and should not be in a managerial role. When there was a mistake in our order, he came to the window ready to argue and was extremely aggressive. I was completely disgusted by his behavior. I suggest that McDonald's addresses their management issues. I will not be wasting my time or money at this restaurant again.

Once again, I had a disappointing experience at the Cirencester Drive-in. I ordered a plain double cheeseburger, but had to correct my order twice. When I got home, I realized that the burger, which was supposed to be plain, was not. This seems to happen frequently at this location. In the end, I had to throw the burger away and lost my money. The service at McDonald's in Cirencester is truly terrible.

Decided to cheat and get mcdonalds for lunch, what a mistake. To be fair to the staff it was busy, however coming out of first gear would have helped. I had to wait 26 minutes for my food, which was delivered/dumped in 5 different packages. Im on my own how am I meant to carry that amount, before being able to askfor a large bag the server had ran away. I then had to wait a further 5 minutes just to ask for a large bag, which i was asked to pack myself when I finally recieved it. Normally I would turn a blind eye and say oh well that's mcdonalds for you, but to come home and have stone cold food has tipped me over the edge. You had loads of staff,I'm guessing 2 managers (white shirts instead of polo) and it was still a disaster

My once a year treat DOUBLE quarter pounder ordered with no cheese when I got home to eat it (drive through)a SINGLE quarter pounder with with cheese despite my order stating double and remove cheese. Very disappointed I had already thrown away the cheese but clearly shows on side of box.
