Even though we were in Nice only a few days, the food was so good we returned after our initial visit to try a few other dishes on the menu. Not only was the food outstanding, the staff was knowledgeable and attentive—taking time to answer our questions about how dishes were prepared and allowing us to sample two of the white wines before deciding on which to order.
