I sat at the sushi bar and had a fantastic experience. The fish is of high quality—fresh and clean in taste. Everything was quite delicious, but two dishes stood out among the selections: the seared scallop sushi and the seared Japanese beef sushi. The scallops were incredibly tender and silky, with the searing adding a lovely smokiness. The Japanese beef sushi was delicate and rich in flavor, with the searing imparting a hint of smokiness, while the citrus sauce provided a perfect balance that cut through the richness. Expect to spend a few extra dollars here, but it's worth it for the quality.
