Contribute FeedbackPueblo restaurant has received mixed reviews, with some customers raving about the amazing tapas and short rib two ways, excellent service, and diverse menu, while others were disappointed by the poor quality of the food and customer service. Despite the varying opinions, many guests enjoyed the variety of creative tapas, attentive wait staff, and inviting atmosphere. Some highlights included the queso fundido, grilled octopus, and palomarita drink. With a welcoming atmosphere and carefully curated wine list, Pueblo seems to be a popular choice for a casual meal with friends or a special night out.
I've been to Pueblo twice now. The first time was for a friend's birthday dinner and the second time was for brunch on Easter. My first visit was so great that I had to come again. The food is delicious! It's a bit pricey in my opinion for each tapas option, but they do taste yummy. I'd eat here more often if the pricing were a bit lower. The service has been great both times too. The servers are very friendly and attentive. My favorites menu items are the Montadito de Costilla (this short rib dish is so flavorful), the Ceviche de Mariscos, the Queso Fundido (I normally don't like goat cheese, but this queso isn't gamey tasting and it's nice and creamy), the Pato (citrus-brined duck breast), and the goat cheese cake (again I can't believe I like it, but it's actually not gamey and it really is yummy). Both times I sat outside and the heat lamps kept our party comfortable. It'll be a while until I come back, but I would definitely recommend it to friends for special occasions.
Had the ceviche appetizer and it was really good. I like to sit outside and this place has a nice outdoor eating patio area that opens on to the shopping area. Service was spot on and food was really good.
Delightful! Shared small plates always make for a great dining experience with friends and family. A very welcoming atmosphere the owners are so gracious and the staff are equally amazing. Everything we ordered was divine. Approachable cocktails and a carefully curated wine list with great options at great prices. Cheers to a new go to for any occasion or just a nice night out! Thank you, Pueblo!
