My wife's birthday is coming up, and I want to take her out to a nice restaurant to celebrate.
Upon entering the restaurant, we were welcomed with a warm smile. However, once we were seated, the service was lacking. Our server did not seem very welcoming and did not check back to see if we needed anything.
Music was way too loud. We complained and they lowered but it was back up later. Hard to keep up a conversation. Our favorite desert, Banan Fritters, was no longer on the menu. We visit a few times a year, but we might not return even though the food is excellent.
