What JoJo Crowley doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
The employees are not very friendly. They show that they don’t care about their customers in their demeanor and attitude. It always feels like we’re bothersome to them. They always play music loudly from their own Bluetooth speaker towards the end of the night.I miss when they used to hire responsible, kind adults instead of lazy teens. View all feedback.
The food is better and fresher when you go inside to order opposed to placing a pickup order

What time do you guys open? At the front it says 10:30..so why is it that every time I come you guys always open 10-15 minutes late? Are you guys not fast enough? Maybe you guys need to change your hours at the front to 10:40 or 10:45
There 's so many things to love about Chipotle, but personally love their yummy chips and guacamole. Last night, I decided to order some Mexican food from a place nearby, but to make it a 10 with Chipotle 's large guacamole. There 's usually a pretty nice line formed in the dining area, so I order online. I love the convenience of ordering online and not having to hassle with people or a wait. My bag is always on the shelf upon arrival. This time, however, I arrive and my bag wasn 't there. Okay, no problem... Maybe they can just quickly scoop it out for me. The cashier realized I was looking for a bag and asked what my last name was. I waited quite a bit as I watch him handle another customer, go get some gloves on, but seems to be a bit lost. Meanwhile, the clock is ticking down. I still needed to pick up my food from another restaurant before they close. Well, after a lot of waiting and back and forth with the cashier, he finally informs me they ran out. He offers something else, but I specifically came for guacamole. He says they can make it, but the problem was I didn 't have the time. I ask for a refund and then, there 's more waiting where he finally comes out with a phone with a sticker and says I need to call the number. So, after all that, I had to take a photo with my phone to call a number to get a refund. I was annoyed at that point bc this whole thing could 've been avoided with a quick txt or phone call to me they were out in the first place. Not only that, but a manager could 've easily take the initiative to come out to handle the issue. I 'm certain that 's who he kept consulting with in the back with all this back and forth. This morning, I call the number and a service rep named Curtis was ironically courteous while he refunded my money. However, I still felt my time, money and energy was all for nothing. Not only that, but my meal pairing with some good guacamole to make it a 10 was ruined. Thanks for letting me down Chipotle. I wondered why your reviews were so bad, but now I see your customer service can greatly be improved not only on the restaurant side, but the customer care side too. Ugh.
In addition to having a bug in our food upper management has failed to make it right. They reached out on Yelp, but they never followed up, which shows that they really don't care.
