Th... read more I decided to give this Arby's location another try, but it was a mistake. I waited at least three minutes at the drive-thru speaker without anyone answering. There was no line, and only about three cars in the parking lot. The Wagyu meat was frozen, and the shake machine was already down for cleaning at 11:30 in the morning. Seriously disappointing.
