Dj's Market Deli - Cosby

My car was convinced that this market was the road I needed (also Ik). Luckily they have good food I needed for the trip!

The only place I could find in Cosby that was open late for dinner. I was surprised! I have often visited Cosby/Gatlinburg/Newport over the years and never gave DJ's Market Deli much more than a look I have driven. However, a certain late night ~9pm) and I had not yet eaten. All local places have been closed so I have to DJ;s. I ordered a cheese steak and brought him back to my campsite in Smoky Bear Campground. The Cheesesteak was amazing! Perfect balance of peppers and onions, much delicious melted cheese. It was great! I recommend DJs Markt and Deli. You don't know what you miss!

Diner was exactly what we needed after a full day of hiking

While you may not expect a gas station, the food in your diner is surprisingly good. I've eaten here for many years and I've never been disappointed. They always served me fresh food and I would definitely recommend it for a good meal, especially the hot dogs.

The staff is absolutely awesome. Very helpful and nice. The deli in the back is surprisingly good and not what you would expect at a gas station for sure. Prices are fair. Drink selections are abundant. Definitely worth checking them out.
