I had to wait in line for an extended period and witnessed a manager removing the chicken from the drawer and briefly dropping it back into the fryer. This is definitely not the kind of management you want to see. I didn't catch her name, but the manager with the ponytail really needs further training, if not a complete overhaul. This isn't the standard of quality one expects from a business.

After a long, exhausting day filled with hard work and expensive repairs, I just wanted to grab a quick bite, which isn't something I usually splurge on. I inquired about any military discounts, but unfortunately, they didn't have any available. My total came to $34, but when I reached the window, Brandon told me it was just $17. He said, "Ma'am, I can never thank a veteran enough." I was truly moved; the gift card I had ended up covering my entire bill. Thank you, Brandon!
