The sa... read more I was driving home from Louisville and stopped for lunch today, and it was the best Arby's I've ever had. The fries were piping hot and perfectly crispy. The sandwich had no burnt meat, and the bun was fresh—not stale at all. I was really impressed. I’ll definitely be coming here for hangover food from now on! Already bracing myself to deal with it later!

The service was disappointing, with staff who seemed disengaged and uninterested in delivering good customer service. Our order was wrong, missing one item, and the sandwiches were wrapped carelessly. On top of that, the cleanliness of the restaurant left a lot to be desired. Arby's team, if you're unhappy working here, consider finding a job that encourages positivity and courtesy. Management, please prioritize better training for your staff, closely monitor their performance, and ensure the tables and restrooms are consistently clean. Also, please take care to maintain the quality and accuracy of the menu offerings.

It's disappointing because my first visit was good enough to deserve the great service bell, but every visit since has been a bad experience, mostly due to the employees. If you decide to order takeout or use the drive-thru, be sure to check your bags before leaving. They frequently forget items like fries, au jus for the French dip, Buffalo sauce for the Buffalo chicken sandwich, and more. Nothing seems to be remembered consistently. Good luck.
