Stua Ladina - CORVARA IN BADIA

Myself and friends have been there twice while Mirko was the chef. Traditional ladini ingredients with a clever twist. Insane wine list, great location and great service by Massimo. Great experience! Now, gotta try it with the new Chef.

A traditional mountain restaurant, a nice mix of intimate and larger tables in several rooms give this a cozy but stylish feel. The food is good, as the name suggests, it is representative of the area and the portions generous, the waiters helpful and friendly. The wine list was slightly impenetrable but the wines we had were all excellent and advice is always available.

Your culinary expectations will be matched by the recommendations of Michael, the owner of the place! Especially local creations a highly recommendable, eg venison, beef creations and fish. Don't miss the mixed chocolate desert.
