What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
This restaurant is absolutely terrible. Never go here at night, as the traffic is always backed up. Tonight, I had to wait for an hour and a half for my subpar food. The fries were oversalted and cold, and the staff was rude. I would not recommend this place at all. You're better off driving to Albany or Philomath, or even Lebanon, as it would be a faster journey than dealing with this place after 8pm. View all feedback.
Not much to say, it's a mcdonald. in comparison to the one that is on the northern side of the city, this is more popular in the regular because of its centered position. And somehow I feel the personal that it is more “professional” since they have never made a mistake on my order. I highly recommend downloading their app as it discounts a lot that they can choose, I can always save a few by using it.
If you have enough phones, you can use the McD's app to get amazing deals.
Excellent service! Access is difficult because of one- way city street design. You may have to circle the block to get a better idea on how to enter lot.
Thanks for making me wait almost ten minutes then to come out and tell me I was “partially charged “ while I’m parked in one of your waiting spots then asked for my card to charge the rest which at that point I gave my shake back and of course just said cancel it and was not even refunded the money which I already paid! Why wasn’t I at least refunded what I paid!
The store was very clean. Was also packed and food still came out quick. Do not like their ordering kiosk.
