Contribute FeedbackDairy Queen's only Oregon location has customers voicing a range of concerns, from melted Blizzards to hygiene issues. Frequent diners lament inadequate food quality and slow service, with waits of up to 20 minutes reported. Allergy precautions have been questioned, particularly after a serious incident involving contamination. Accessibility issues have also surfaced, with complaints about inadequate handicap access and indifferent staff responses. Despite these setbacks, some praise the nostalgic comfort of select offerings like soft pretzel sticks with cheese. Overall, the restaurant appears to be in need of significant improvements to meet customer expectations and health standards.
I recently visited this Dairy Queen and was disappointed to find that the blizzards were melted. This is the only Dairy Queen in Oregon that has ever given me a melted blizzard.
I've made a few visits over the past year, and the only time my item was correct was ordering a dipped cone. Apparently, the mocha MooLatte doesn't come with mocha anymore, as that's how they've made it the last two times.
Chic at the drive through was very personable... Other than that, it was what you expect from Dairy Queen..
I hope it improves each time I go there but it really doesn't. One of the more grimy places to eat and just enter and be in really. Service isn't bad but food is awful. The ranch looks expired the chicken tenders could be made better by a 12 year old. I come here so much and its so sad because I was hoping for an improvement but this is too much. Spending about $13 a day and below average food is pitiful and today was my last day. This food will make someone sick if you don't start cooking it right.
I love Panda Express, but they are so focused on takeout orders that they often run out of the best food options for customers waiting in line.
