Me and my boyfr... read more This is my favorite restaurant in Corvallis (even though there are plenty of amazing ones there)! All of the waiters and waitresses are SO nice. Me and my boyfriend go there for special occasions, and they always remember us! They do a great job and making you feel welcomed, and the food is amazing.

Every time I order from here, pasta, fried chicken, brunch, it doesn’t matter. It’s always SO SCARY GOOD. It haunts me... EDIT: I forgot to point out their 90% plastic free and compostable takeout containers and utensils. I'm so incredibly appreciative of that consideration from them. Thank you guys!!!

I’ve deducted a star because the restaurant’s menu differs from what’s listed on their website, both in items and prices. Plus, my sandwich wasn’t made according to the menu description. I ordered the beef dip, which came with brie cheese instead of the Swiss cheese stated on the menu. Don’t get me wrong, I love brie, but it was too overpowering and overshadowed the other sandwich flavors. Honestly, I’m a French dip purist and prefer it without cheese. I wish there was an option for no cheese with the possibility to add it on. The au jus was fantastic—rich and flavorful, not watery or bland as you often find—but the mug it was served in wasn’t practical for dipping the sandwich. My husband had no complaints about his fish and chips and really enjoyed the homemade tartar sauce. The chocolate pie was excellent, though it would have been even better with a generous dollop of fresh whipped cream.

As a visitor from a big city, I was genuinely impressed by their homemade squid ink pasta and pickled appetizer. Both dishes were served in generous portions, making them ideal for sharing between two people. It was the best squid ink dish I've ever tasted, and I say that as someone who used to live in Italy. The servers were exceptional and delightful, demonstrating both creativity and skill in their service. This is definitely a place you shouldn't overlook. The house red wine was also quite enjoyable.
