Food and beer are definitely five star. I liked the Weiner schnitzel, the pretzels and the brussel sprouts. Even though the beers are mostly microbrews, they have a quite different selection than most restaurants in Corvallis. All this is 5 star. The restaurant is not run very well. With in a week they went from the only German restaurant to German beer and tacos. Staff was really nice. Lots of choices of beer. But slim on food.
Amazing service, great atmosphere, a perfect way to start our weekend in Oregan! The loaded fries were to die for!

With the chicken schnitzel everything is far too salty, the better to sell beer, I guess. Additionally the wiener schnitzel plate many of the components were barely warmed, not hot.
Acceptable experience so far, you can tell at least they know how to cook. Nice environment that you could sit down and hang out with your friends too. However, nothing special.
Love it, great place. Great selection of beers and amazing selection of whiskey and bourbon. German food is delicious!
