Such a cute little bakery. Stopped by while in Corvallis for a vet appointment at OSU because I happened to Google places to visit in Corvallis and I am not disappointed at all. I got 3 loaves: cinnamon, kalamata olive and rosemary, and cheddar garlic. This bakery is fantastic! I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Corvallis. As soon as you walk in, you can feel the great atmosphere and know you've found the best bread with incredible taste that is baked perfectly. Plus, buying a loaf here supports a local, family-owned small business! I give it 5 stars all the way. The owner/baker recommended the olive oil rosemary bread, and it was delicious.
The sourdough bread at this restaurant is exceptional, with a wide selection to choose from. The owner of the bakery is delightful. I highly recommend trying the bagels!
If you're in search of a charming small-town atmosphere and delicious food, look no further than Alpine Sourdough Bakery. Larry, the owner, is extremely friendly and attentive to the quality of his ingredients. He avoids using unhealthy additives, resulting in both tasty and nutritious breads. As someone who follows a paleo diet, I often have trouble with store-bought breads, but I have no issues with Alpine Sourdough Bakery's products, especially the delightful Einkorn bread. Larry also offers a selection of jams and butters to accompany the breads. I highly recommend this bakery. Just remember to refrigerate your purchases since they contain no preservatives. Thank you, Larry, for your wonderful bakery! Enjoy!
Bought a sourdough garlic cheddar bread. Cannot cut it in slice without it falling apart there is a giant rift in the middle that makes any slice fall apart.
