This is not the first time Empire Bagel has been a mess with DoorDash. One time they didn't even pick up the ticket until we got there. Today they were 20 minutes over our pick up time. Do not order pick up from this restaurant, food is good but people in the store (line was over 6 people deep) cleared out twice before we got our food. View all feedback.
Dont bother paying for rush delivery. They're pretty busy around lunch time.
