I cannot understand how they could run out of milk, milk and mocha. I ordered 3 large drinks but only received 3 medium sized drinks. It seems like no matter how late you go there, the staff cannot make any drinks correctly. Complaining about it is like talking to a wall. View all feedback.
Came in to grab a few things like gas chips and use the rest room. While waiting for about 5 LONG minutes while listening to the conversation the woman inside the bathroom was having with her children on the phone inside the bathroom. When she finally came put of the bathroom it was the lady from Dunkin Donuts ? thx lady ??

Yesterday, I ordered a Chai Tea Latte at this restaurant. It tasted like maple syrup. The staff was rude and they fired employees without paying them. It's not fair for them to earn $15-16 per hour if they can't even make a simple drink. As a nurse, I didn't have the time to complain about my purchase. I'm tired of going there and receiving poorly made drinks that I can't even drink. A few weeks ago, I had a Dunkaccino that was watered down. I don't usually leave reviews, but I strongly advise against going here. It's not worth the extra money. I hope Dunkin' Donuts looks into their staff and replaces them with more competent individuals. Additionally, I arrived five minutes before closing and they refused to serve me, claiming they were already closed. This is unacceptable as I had five minutes left before closing time and they closed early to avoid staying the extra half hour they were paid for.
Tried to stop in whilst our car was in the shop across the road. Waited 10+ minutes for our coffee, cocoa and single order of hash browns. The staff were ridiculous. They had no coordination between anyone. Multiple people from the drive thru came in to complain they didn't get items. They had a group of 7+ men come in after us and another customer and served them first and ignored when we asked where our food/drink was. They were screwing up all over the place. We left after 15 or so minutes of waiting and after asking without anything. Highly don't recommend.
