Excellent and friendly service. Our food arrived quickly during a not so busy time of day. Typical diner fare simple and tasty. My vegetable omelet was made with fresh ingredients and real eggs. The toast was perfect. My friend said he enjoyed his biscuits and sausage gravy. Vegetarian options: Options exist such as pancakes, French toast, fruit sides, homefries, and hashbrowns. I’m now 57 years old, almost 58. But if you tell me that I can't drink because I'm the age of a 25-year-old, it doesn't make sense when I'm still here entertaining a 30-year-old. Great food and excellent service! Our breakfast arrived quickly and was delicious. The servers were attentive to our coffee and other needs. Even the other diners seemed to be in good spirits, adding to the lovely atmosphere.
The breakfast food is delicious, and when you order a full meal that comes with sides and a drink, it's a great value. We've really enjoyed their wing nights in the past, and we definitely need to try their lunch someday.
The portion sizes are impressively large, which I really appreciate! However, I wish there was more detailed information about the ingredients in the omelets. I was surprised to find that the Philly omelet contained steak. The pancakes were incredibly soft, though slightly doughy. The food looked just like the pictures, and the toasts were delicious!
The hash browns weren't cooked through. Hash brown—typically, they should be brown and crispy, not white, bland, and soggy.
Ajs has the absolute BEST breakfast. The Sausage gravy and biscuits is phenomenal.
