This is a fantastic spot to cool down on a hot day. I highly recommend trying their milkshakes, as they have a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The staff is very friendly, although the parking lot is on the smaller side.
My friends and I made the drive from West Middlesex, Pennsylvania to dine at this restaurant based on a recommendation from a friend. We were not disappointed! The food was amazing, the ice cream was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend trying the pulled pork and fried fish with fries - both dishes were cooked perfectly. I can't wait to return again!
It took 30 minutes for 2 combo hotdogs and a hotdog. I think they forgot our order, as another customer got there family order they placed after us within 15 minutes. I have had better service last year.
Service was fast friendly. They really hustle. Basically, festival food, amazing corndog. Gigantic selection of ice creams, floats, sundaes, all kinds of wacky stuff. Dole soft-serve and a pinapple float. Chocolate anything. I wanted to try everything. Its not that its amazing food or anything, but its a really cute place in the middle of nowhere. Like if you crammed the Canfield fair the sizeofd a dairy queen and just forgot the elephant ears. They have just about everything else. Family-friendly fun. From old car dudes and actual families kids fresh for summer with wee babes, and even the teenager jock and stoner stereotypes. This place is a poster for the Midwest, and frankly, i can't hate even though I kinda wanna.
Its such a shame, i absolutely love their ice cream, but they are out in the middle of nowhere and they have no public restroom. I have stomach problems and the need strikes randomly, and there have been several times where ive had to leave befor ordering due to this, or turn around befor i even get there. I think that all for-profit establishments should have a public restroom. Heck even a portapotty is adequate enough. And no, the gas station on the corner does not have one either. I genuinely hope the owners take this into account becuase i would love to enjoy their icecream more often. But i wont return until there is a restroom of some kind.
