This is by !FAR! the best place to be in Cortez, CO. This sushi bar has a hip modern atmosphere, beautifully-displayed gourmet dishes with an unmatched bar. They make a lavender martini that is to die for, And if you’re lucky, you’ll catch them on a day where they’re doing a special for a coconut lavender martini! The service is phenomenal. My go-to for a night out.

Awesome sushi! Went for lunch and have been here for dinner the sushi is really good. This is one of my favorite places to go now that they serve lunch.
First time being back in a long time and I was blown away with how incredible the food and atmosphere was the poke bowl for lunch was unbelievable and the rolls are so addictive can't wait to go back
