Description

The restaurant in question offers a mix of experiences, from mediocre food to delicious and hearty meals. While some reviewers were disappointed with the lack of vegan options and small portion sizes, others raved about the quality of the food. The atmosphere seems to be universally praised, with a cozy and friendly vibe that enhances the dining experience. However, potential customers should take note of the restaurant's closing hours, as some have arrived only to find that they close earlier than advertised. Despite the mixed reviews, the consensus seems to be that it is worth a visit for those seeking a cozy ambiance and hearty, flavorful dishes.

Absolutely wonderful. Came in looking for hot food after camping for several weeks and tired al eating out of cans. Was dirty and muddy. At first, place was empty, early, so sat at bar. waitress was very pleasant. Talked for a bit. Then several large parties came in. Only 2 servers, but both came and checked on me several times. Food was delicious. French onion soup and chicken pot pie.. hot roll to die for. Specialty alcohol. Wonderful

We stopped in for lunch for my family of 5 after seeing the menu online. Unfortunately, they were out of the meal I went there for (which happens at fresh restaurants), but I easily found something else! The service was very friendly and fast, and the food was fresh and tasty. My kids had burgers, which were pretty good, though not the best they 've ever had. I ordered the house made black bean burger, which was out if this world delicious, especially for a bean burger! I also had the fried zuc

The ambiance was great. But the food was pretty average. We got the risotto and honestly I've had better risottos. We also got the pesto penne pasta which was okay as well. For the price, the quality and taste wasn't there. We called beforehand to place an order over the phone. But they took really really long to get our order ready. Overall I'm not sure how I feel about it. I wouldn't really recommend it to anyone.

We went there before leaving Cortez. The atmosphere was nice. We had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated even though there were plenty of empty tables, which many still had used dishes and glasses. They were clearly understaffed. But all the working staff were very friendly and did their best to serve. I had their Bratwurst. Both the pretzel bun and the pork bratwurst were not as fresh as they should be, but the flavor was good. My companion had a miso soup and it was just okay. It tasted a b

I can't speak highly enough of this gem of a restaurant serving delicious locavore food at a reasonable price right in the heart of downtown Cortez on Main Street. I wish they could open a second The Farm in my part of Colorado! Kudos to everyone there for making it such a uniquely wonderful eatery. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
