I recently enjoyed a delicious takeout lunch at this restaurant. The food was excellent, earning a solid four out of five stars. I particularly recommend the Seafood Platter, which was fresh and flavorful. The service was also commendable, with friendly staff who ensured my order was accurate and ready on time. The atmosphere of the restaurant, even though I experienced it through takeout, seemed inviting and warm. O... View all feedback.
What Francesco Schamberger doesn't like about Cortez Kitchen:
We were a party of 4 adults on Friday evening. The food was just ok. I got the blackened grouper sandwich with onion rings. Hubs got peel eat shrimp and fries, friends got grouper sandwiches as well. I don't think it was worth the price to be honest. The beer was flat and not very cold. There was a live band playing at 7pm. We could barely fit through the tables, chairs, and dancing patrons to find a table out from u... View all feedback.
Went there on a Friday night and they had a great band that night. Wife had shrimp and I had a grouper sandwich. Both were very good and the beer was really cold. We’ve been here 3x and they never disappoint and always have a good band playing. we will definitely come back again and again.
Our go to place off the beaten path. Outdoor seating. Nice portions. Cold drinks.. just what the Dr. ordered.
Friendly waterfront Vibe. Good food. Had the Red Palm Shrimps. Excellent. After asking: “So are these locals?” Nahh, they're from Argentina. Nice to have found this place. disappointing. Right on a work dock.
Whenever we are from state visits, the Cortez Kitchen is the 1st. Restaurant for which we take them, for what is left, from a little old Florida and for the big bands on the weekend. We went on Friday night, 11/06/20, and this fantastic band, messenger, played a lot '70 's '80's music, plus more. We really loved this band... The atmosphere is covered, but funny and alive. It's on the bay around... something under the roof and some aren't. There was a wonderful breeze this night and everyone, in our group, enjoyed the 3 cute children of us, as much as the band.. This place is a must to take your visitors, but it's also,1 of our favorite places to go all year round!
We loved the place, the food and the reception service. All delicious I hope to return. Good portions of food. The only thing was the mojito was bad. The waiter said it was coconut and he didn't taste like coconut. The rest recommended.
