Hubs got peel eat shrimp and fries,... read more We were a party of 4 adults on Friday evening. The food was just ok. I got the blackened grouper sandwich with onion rings. Hubs got peel eat shrimp and fries, friends got grouper sandwiches as well. I don't think it was worth the price to be honest.The beer was flat and not very cold. There was a live band playing at 7pm. We could barely fit through the tables, chairs, anddancing patrons to find a table out from under the cover. We could barely hear each other over the music. The bathroom alongwith most of the restaurant was dingy and did not look like they wipe down the tops of cabinets or display cases. By the timeour food arrived we were being eaten alive by sand fleas or noseeums. My legs are covered with bites. We were all a littledisappointed overall.

She suggested this awesome sauce she loves to dip her hushpuppies in made it special. This was to die for!!! What a fabulous server super kind human being! I definitely will be back :

Repeat customer! First started coming here on vacay as best seafood near AMI! Then moved close by, added bonus! Seafood is excellent- hint- they own a seafood market close by tooooo! Reasonable prices, not touristy, bands onthe weekends. Liz is the best server!!!! A hidden gem if you can find it.

The best hamburger I have ever had anywhere and I've been many places for hamburgers. Is their seafood platter is fabulous. And their blackened Mai mai is superb. Add to thatgreat music on Friday Saturday and Sunday Cortez kitchen cannot be beat.
