La Campagnola - Corsano

Restaurant located in Corsano with a spartan location and a very homely atmosphere. Not very large inside but there is also the possibility of consuming in the outdoor area in front. The menu ranges from meat to fish with limited options (especially for seafood first courses, which include only: pasta with clams, seafood-flavoured spaghetti/rice and grouper ravioli . The fact that the owner is the only cook and also the only waitress considerably lengthens the service times (you are warned of this anyway . We come to the pillar of every restaurant, the KITCHEN. THE DISHES are very SIMPLE but in any case POORLY PERFORMED (the rice tasted of everything except the sea, plus there were pieces of shell in the different dishes, UNCONCEIBLE !!!!! ; the RAW MATERIALS of NOT high QUALITY (antipasto di mare, which was ultimately a seafood salad with non-fresh ingredients, as well as the mixed fried dish; the only positive mention was the fried fish, where the red mullet they were fresh ; SMALL QUANTITY of some dishes (the grouper ravioli were 7 counted and with 5 shrimps on top, drowned in a strangely made pink sauce . To all this are added a series of episodes (which I will not dwell on reporting which have contributed to making THE EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE and certainly NOT to be REPEATED and not to be recommended!!!

A restaurant in the suburbs. I ordered a meat menu with an online coupon reservation, but later discovered that there was also a seafood menu. I regretted it a little. We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation, but the seats outside were packed and there were many pizza takeout customers at the same time, so we ended up waiting over an hour to get our drinks and the first dish. A rare female pizza chef was busy working, and I felt unbearable because I would go to the kitchen to help if I had even a little time. The food was of ordinary taste. The male staff were busy, but they were all kind, so I was able to eat comfortably.

Excellent pizzeria run by women including the pizza maker. Good pizza with edible crunchy crust. Covered 1 euro 33 cl beer 1.5 euros ... Kind and attentive staff ... .... No queue or reservations yet it was Saturday evening ... What more could you expect. Definitely to return

We met some people who had indicated the place to us as they would have returned for lunch saying that they had two types of fixed menus, one from the sea and one from the land. When we asked about the two menus we were told that they hadn't done it since October 1st, only the à la carte one. We ordered some cooked vegetables (burnt, sweet, dry) then they served us some old mackerel fillets navigating in vinegar, 6 micro meatballs in ragù colored water and finally the destruction of the first courses: a ragù completely without salt and a pasta with raw zucchini, raw tomatoes and x salad and speck (but it was cooked ham), in short, inedible. After 15 minutes that we were there, the people who had recommended the place arrived and the waiter asked them if they wanted a fixed menu of meat or fish (he told us that they hadn't done it since the first of October), in short, a negative experience, no they know how to cook and I would recommend having the kitchen checked.......

Arrived from Groupon, miserable portions, but all in all good for the price paid. We waited 1h for the appetizer to arrive. Unfortunately it lacks in the organization. Sweet? The cake bought at the supermarket! (bad) Award the girl in the room always available! But we won't be back !
