An authentic and unforgettable seafood experience! If you're looking for the true taste of the sea, this restaurant is a must-visit. The quality of the ingredients is simply extraordinary: you can taste the freshness of the local fish, brought in daily by local fishermen. Each dish is a tribute to tradition, treated with the respect that only such a noble product deserves. The real surprise was finding Breton sea urchins: an explosion of flavor that alone is worth the trip. The atmosphere makes everything perfect. The owner, Riccardo, is an exceptional host: extremely friendly, welcoming, and, above all, extremely knowledgeable. He guided us through the selection of dishes and wines with rare expertise, conveying all the passion he puts into his work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
An exceptional experience, guaranteed and safe, local seafood and fresh catch, all expertly prepared, and the service staff is on par with local establishments. Perfection and attention to detail. Excellent.
The best dinner I've had in Castro. A decidedly superior level and a different offering than usual. The appetizer mix was EXTRATERRESTRIAL: when I show photos of dishes I've eaten in Puglia, I almost always choose these. Innovative venue, elegant and clean service. The manager is knowledgeable, welcoming, and guided us with professionalism and a smile throughout. Prices in line with the quality of the experience. If I were to return to Castro, I would definitely come back here.
I went with a colleague for lunch during the week. The owner was friendly, the staff was helpful and attentive. The food was excellent and fresh. Prices were high, but considering the quality, it was fine.
Set off the square near the castle this modern restaurant with indoor or outdoor seating is a must for anyone who loves sea food cooked to perfection. It was by far my nicest meal of my break, service wasnt the quickest but boy was the wait worth it. Service was first class and the wine was superb. No rush, the table is yours for the evening. Its a varied menu but i must recommend the seaweed spaghetti with Swordfish and Tuna starter, It was a meal in itself and was truly delicious. Booking is essential.
