Starbucks - Corpus Christi

I am very disappointed, I ordered a drink through the app with light ice and extra whip cream and there was more ice than drink and no whip cream. I asked the employee but she said it was the way it came. I didn’t understand but just accepted it, and as I tasted it, it was really bad. Will not come again at this Starbucks location. :

The woman at the restaurant added extra charges to my order for what she deemed "an excessive amount of ingredients," despite the fact that I have purchased the same order at lower prices from other stores. The employees were very rude to customers. They really need to improve their customer service.

The staff member at this restaurant is extremely impolite and lacks professionalism. Despite my informing her that I was not charged extra for matcha powder through the mobile app or at other locations, she continued to insist on adding the extra charge.

I got a symmetric pour over and it was weak and acidic. It seems that Starbucks is dropping in quality. I'm not saying it's all bad, but it's not the Starbucks that brought it to where it is today.
