Little Caesars Pizza - Corpus Christi

Had a issue ordering online so i called the store.not only was everything easier to order then using the website but despite calling 20 mins before I needed the food they still had everything ready in time! Very professional and kind aswell! Customer service is on point at this location!!

Very good experience. They have stepped up thier game with new things like wings, stuffed crust and some sort of pizza that has tons of excess toppings . Check it out

Answer the phone!! I tried to call for like 15 minutes as I was driving to the place. When I got there I said why don't you answer your phone, which was ringing at the time when I walked in. She said we've been busy. There was one person in the Drive-Thru and nobody else in the lobby. Then she told me it would be 20 minutes for my order. Very frustrating if she would have answered the phone my order would have been ready when I get there

Just got pizzas and crazy bread sticks from here and came home to find that they were older than my great great great grandmother! Like why would you sell this to your customers its unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!! What a waste of money. Doesn't even deserve one star!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waited 30 MINUTES for ONE PIZZA that I ORDERED ONLINE, they cleared my order off the screen prematurely and apparently forgot about it, didn't even start making it until I showed up to pick it up. I can understand they had a couple big orders along side mine because I literally watched people walk out with 10 and 20 pizzas each but to blatantly ignore me the entire 30 minutes I physically stood inside the store waiting for my order, was RUDE! The ONE employee (who unfortunately was a manger) was working the phones, drive through AND the front counter. Not once said anything to me about the wait, my order, the inconvenience, nothing. Just continued on helping EVERY OTHER CUSTOMER that came in through drive or for carryout orders. Even other customers that were barely coming in noticed that I was being ignored by the person behind the counter and had even offered to let me wait in line before they ordered because they could see that I had been waiting for quite a while. How embarrassing!! Being busy/shorthanded is NO REASON TO EVER IGNORE ANY CUSTOMER ON ANY OCCASION! Do yourself a favor and just order Pizza Hut!
