I appreciate the proximity of this particular Burger King. I only use the drive thru but every time it is a friendly voice when ordering and at the window. And that says a lot for 7AM!Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What Francisco Bartoletti doesn't like about Burger King:
I stopped here tonight and waited at the order intercom for 30 minutes and never had my order taken along with several other cars that allndrove off without food. I would give them 0 stars but I stopped 3 days ago and the staff were good and the food was decent. Tonight's staff needs to be fired. Zero customer service. I didn't get to order so I can't comment on the quality of the food tonight with this lazy staff. View all feedback.
There's a few times where my food is over cooked i.e cheese sticks or chicken fingers. But overall they always get our order right, sometimes it's a wait and there's a few homeless people asking for money time to time in the DT(not too often).
Stopped in here last Friday while on my way to Austin. We went inside because the drive-through line was huge. When we got inside, we waited a long time to order because the girl taking the orders was high as a kite and kept leaving the register to go get candy from one of her friends who was unwrapping and eating candy in the food prep area. We ordered, and I paid, and she walked off again while we stood there waiting for a receipt, she came back and asked if we were ready to order. She was whacked out of her mind on something. Then, we get in the car, and the buns for the burgers just crumble; no telling how old those things were.
I went there and wanted a chicken sandwich and was told they didn't have anymore this was at like 11pm. So I got a double Whopper and cheese and then was told they didn't have any more letters so I said that's okay just put extra tomatoes onions and pickles so I got my burger it had soggy old lettuce on it no extra lettuce no extra tomato no extra pickle and the buns were so hard it was like it was an old burger and they just microwaved it and gave it to me I will be calling and talking to the general manager tomorrow I spent $14 on the nastiest Burger I ever ate in my life
I imagine the lady working there this morning didn't get anything for Valentine's Day which is today. I walked in waited 5 minutes before I even seen anyone.. then I peeped around where the drive thru window was to see her on her phone. I got her attention to take my order she had the worst attitude. I went there yesterday which was Sunday the lobby was closed due to short staff. I don't think I'll be going back.. management should get a better hold of this place.. at least my French toast was fresh because the croissant sucked!!
Let’s start with the things that were not available, don’t advertise shakes if you don’t have any… also, out of sweet tea and Coke Zero… okay, it happens no biggie. We ordered almost $50 worth of food… they gave us no napkins and stuck all 4 meals in one bag. She handed to me and it ripped. Then we get home… they didn’t even give us our chicken fries… what a joke…
