Contribute Feedback What Nigel Stella doesn't like about Sundae's At The Del:
Was not impressed. Overpriced because the location for icecream with very little flavour....saw plenty more gelato shops on the way that I'm sure would be better value.Icecream from the supermarket in Australia has more flavour.....?? View all feedback.
Finished lunch and was looking for a sweet afternoon ?. Was served up a what looked like a delicious chocolate cone, couldn 't wait!! Went to check out and was prompted for a tip, pressed other since I wanted to tip more for the fine workers who choose to serve delightful treats instead of choosing not to productivity contribute to society. Shorty after pressing other, James T from Smallville, CA (not an actual city) said awkward, insinuating I was either not going to tip or do a lower tip than their base 18%. The unfortunate entitlement cost James any tip since I handed the cone back and wished him well in his personal journey, climbing the corporate cone ladder.I do encourage the hotel to up their customer service and perhaps reassign James to another more suitable, less customer facing position.
Too expensive and they pretty much force you to tip at least 18%. About $20 for two little ice creams. Tourist trap
Good gelato flavors, but pretty pricey and nothing too special taste wise. Cashier put a lot of pressure on tipping for two minutes of interaction.

Taste was meh. They had a line out the door on a Sunday so we waited to try it on Monday. Completely empty. We tried a couple items and it wasn't great
