Rodrigo Restaurant offers a blend of vibrant Mexican culture and delectable cuisine. Guests appreciate the generous portion sizes and attentive, friendly waitstaff, although there are consistent complaints regarding a less-than-welcoming hostess experience, which detracts from the overall atmosphere. The restaurant is praised for its affordability and suitability for both large gatherings and intimate settings, highlighted by endless chips and salsa. While the ambiance is rich with traditional decor and music, some find it a bit dark and loud for business meetings. Overall, Rodrigo Restaurant provides a delightful dining experience, albeit with room for improvement in guest reception.

Class Reunion get-together prior to actual event. Our group filled the patio, our impression, operation was understaffed. The staff was hustling unfortunately our food order came out cold, looked like it had been ready for a while. Visits here have usually had a better outcome.

Good quality is bad and they try to trick you and rip you off. Good was inedible.

This place always has really good food and great customer service. I would suggest adding salt to the tortilla chips though.

I went to Rodrigo Restaurant for a business meeting. The ambiance is very traditional. They also play traditional Mexican music old style. Meaning beautiful Marathi music. The food is delicious. But it is pretty dark and loud for a meeting. Wedon't have our meetings there anymore. But the food is delicious.

Unwelcoming Hostesses: I've visited this restaurant four times in the past month. The waitstaff is friendly and attentive, and I would give them a solid 4 stars. However, the hostesses at the front earned this place just 1 star. When you arrive, you’re greeted with a sense of annoyance, and they say nothing until you ask if there are seats available for your party. It's as if interacting with customers is a burden for them, despite the fact that they're working in a restaurant where welcoming guests should be part of their job description. Their attitude really puts a damper on the experience from the moment you walk in until you leave after paying. The same two hostesses—a blonde young woman and a brunette with glasses, both in their early 20s—have been there every time, and they could benefit from some training in basic etiquette, or the restaurant should consider hiring staff who know how to engage with customers appropriately.
