Applebee's Grill

We were on vacation and that was the bad experience we had ever had a party of 20. we put down our names and go outside, they said they were waiting for about 1 hour, lying to the hostess by saying that she called us and nobody showed up. we were before her that nobody ever came out. we asked for the manager, and she told us that it wasn't a manager in the service. they told us they don't take a big party, especially if there are more than 5 children. I think it was more a race thing because the hostess told me that the server were actually busy to take care of us.

Great experience. the eating was good and the staff was super nice to my girls and family.

This applebee is one of the best I already had. I was in some countries in the western Usa. it is clean in the inner and the people who were already there seemed very comfortable. the personal is friendly and our server was very attentive to our needs. the food was good and we had a good time. it brought my look at applebee is a decent amount, only if they were all these resistant.

It was a chaos in the apfelbien Sunday afternoon 2/27/22. a young lady who worked there was so drunk. the manager did not even ask that she went to the house. He claimed that he would only call the gm on her, although she and her sister (seeking was drinking). sue must drop ten glasses. fortunately we had a server called chloe who helped us at any time when we asked despite the madness. chloe is the only reason we stayed because it was terrible there. you had to see it for yourself because I couldn't believe what I experienced?

Cleanest Applebee's I've ever been in, management connects with the customer and the staff. Food was fast and fresh, and drinks were filled to the top.
