I was here for something sweet. it is so difficult to find milk-free desserts. they had a vegan oat-based biscuits that was beautiful and sweet beans that were surprisingly tasty, like sweets!
Not fully vegan, expensive and the variety in the smoothie menu could be greater. taste was beautiful
Really nice staff and cosy inside, one choice if food bowl for both veggies and vegans, I think it may be the sauce that is one or the other. The Kulay Gulay bowl was delicious and was a decent amount.
Very delicious, creative bowls with vegan options. You can try local veggies and watermelon sashimi!
I tried one of their signature dishes, the Kulay Bukid, with added tofu, watermelon sashimi, and a unique banana component, along with extra Baba Ghanoush dressing. The seasoned squash was delicious, and the banana flower had a surprisingly distinctive flavor. The following morning, I sampled the Banana Mango dish, which I felt could benefit from more nuts, maybe some dried fruits, berries (though not local), and yogurt. My friend ordered the PB Cocoa, and found it a bit too sweet for his taste. The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to offer recommendations. Make sure to ask for taste tests! While the food standards in Coron are generally low, this place seems to be aiming higher. The vegan manager is open to suggestions and takes the feedback they receive seriously. I recommended that they explore introducing more pickled items, hot sauces, sprouts, and beans, as well as creating pre-set combos to simplify selection as the menu expands. I'm glad to support this initiative and wish them all the best as they grow. Good luck!
