However the staff was friendly and they were doing their best to keep everything moving. The drinks were made well and in good time for the little staff they had.

The employee with the eyebrow piercing (didn't catch a name tag) was incredibly rude. He clearly lacks customer service skills. There were no customers behind u... read more The employee with the eyebrow piercing (didn't catch a name tag) was incredibly rude. He clearly lacks customer service skills. There were no customers behind us and it had been 10 minutes without anyone else in line, so I’m not sure why he had such an attitude while we were ordering. They were out of several items needed for our drinks, and when I asked him to repeat himself, he became defensive. Then, while the other employee was processing our order, he kept insisting that every little charge, including blending, be made clear. The only reason I didn’t leave was that it was my little nieces’ first Starbucks experience. Thank you for turning it into such a disaster. I have never encountered such a negative experience at Starbucks before, and I visit almost every day back home.
