I do not intend th... read more Having worked in the hospitality industry for ten years and now owning a café/restaurant, I want to share my recent experience at Wild Vibes. I do not intend this as a complaint, but rather as feedback that I would appreciate receiving if a similar situation occurred at my establishment. I have never left a negative review before, but the service my girlfriend and I received on 26/02/23 was the worst I have ever encountered. The individual behind the counter was aggressively rude, to the point where I had to inquire if everything was alright as he seemed extremely angry with us. His response was that he was hangry and just about to have his lunch before we arrived, which he felt justified his behavior. I understand the feeling of being hangry at work, but the primary responsibility in hospitality is to be hospitable regardless of personal circumstances. Despite being the only customers in line, we decided to leave due to the shocking treatment we received. I recognize that working alone in customer service can be challenging, and had the individual simply communicated that he needed a moment to eat, we would have been understanding. I am rating Wild Vibes with 5 stars because I do not believe one negative experience should permanently damage a business's reputation. However, it is important to acknowledge that my perspective may be influenced by my background in the industry.

Had a very tasty bacon ciabatta, served by poli... read more We stopped here after a super walk for a coffee but decided to have lunch. Not cheap, but nowhere is these days. Had a very tasty bacon ciabatta, served by polite young man. No complaints. If you use the car park you need to register your number plate and buy something in the cafe.
