At a restaurant known for its coastal views, experiences are mixed. While some diners find the food to be fresh and well-prepared—such as the fish and chips and hearty breakfast—others criticize the atmosphere, likening it to a motorway services canteen, with unfriendly staff and overpriced parking. While the portion sizes, like the impressive chicken wings, earn praise, the menu’s limited choices and high prices leave some feeling underwhelmed. Ultimately, though the culinary offerings may satisfy, concerns over value and service quality suggest potential diners should weigh their options carefully before planning a visit.

Considering the cost of the parking and getting a picture with the Lands end sign, this restaurant was an average price for the food. Fish and chips was about £11 each and freshly cooked. Beautiful meal. View all feedback.

What simbelina dislikes about Land's End Restaurant And Bar:
Looked like a motorway services canteen. Staff seemed to be doing the bare minimum and obviously didn't want to be there. We had coffees from a machine not good and over priced. All tables with a view were dirty too. View all feedback.

Initially, I was hesitant because it was the only restaurant open on December 30th and I thought it might be overpriced and geared towards tourists. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the food - it was fabulous!

Staff were very friendly, professional and quick with their service in what was quite a busy period when I visited. The beer was good as was the Scampi in a Basket…A real nostalgia moment!

I ended up at this restaurant after the Cornish Pantry was not serving breakfast and the café was closed! What is wrong with these places? Well, there is nothing wrong here. Even though I was not a guest, after a 5-hour drive they let me eat here and have their buffet breakfast. I don't even remember what it cost, but it was worth every penny. The breakfast had good quality ingredients and everything was cooked well. The scrambled eggs were particularly delicious - not like the block of yellow goo you get at so many other places. My compliments to the chef for doing it right. I also want to mention the lovely young lady who allowed me to eat here and, to top it off, after my long journey she called me "my lovely." She made my day.

Great views. Service slow and floor hate old food under tables.

Came here for a quick lunch after walking around for a bit. The food isn't too crazy, but the portion size of the chicken wings were astonishing for what's considered a smaller plate. The cheesy garlic bread was delicious and the hot chocolate with coconut rum was quite warm. The restaurant is fairly accessible and the atmosphere when we were there (around 2pm) was quiet, and not too busy, extremely nice to eat and look out the window at the cliffs edge.
