I visited another KFC about four weeks ago and had a fantastic, crispy, tasty meal. However, after going to the Falmouth location today, I will never return there again.

As we walked in, the staff were handing an order to another customer and apologizing for the... read more I went to the restaurant at 7:45 on Saturday night to treat my son. As we walked in, the staff were handing an order to another customer and apologizing for the long wait. Another staff member then came around the counter and announced that they would not be taking any more orders for the night without providing an explanation. In the past, when I have managed to get food from this restaurant, the chicken has been greasy and not up to the usual KFC standard.

Same staff member taking order/payment, making drinks, packing orders and handing out to customers... at least 3 staff members out back but not helping. Lady...serving on tills very helpful and pleasant and apologised for the wait but you could see she needed a bit of assistance. When someone did approach near the tills and she asked for help the staff member said she should have gone home at 3... No issues with the food all hot and tasted fresh.
