What User dislikes about Kfc:
We visited this restaurant a few weeks before it closed down. Unfortunately, when we got home, we realized that some items were missing from our order. The staff did their best to help, but with only two employees working and a long line of customers, it took about 15 minutes per person to be served. The chicken was tepid, the service was lukewarm, and overall it was the worst KFC experience I've ever had. I visited another KFC about four weeks ago and had a fantastic, crispy, tasty meal. However, after going to the Falmouth location today, I will never return there again.

Deliveroo fantastic. kfc absolutely rubbish shared the order and then did not send him **** unless it did not know what they did. people with omitted food management do not care and avoid most rudely

I went to the restaurant at 7:45 on Saturday night to treat my son. As we walked in, the staff were handing an order to another customer and apologizing for the long wait. Another staff member then came around the counter and announced that they would not be taking any more orders for the night without providing an explanation. In the past, when I have managed to get food from this restaurant, the chicken has been greasy and not up to the usual KFC standard.

Such slow service. 25 minute wait in the queue to place order as only 1 person serving on the counter. Same staff member taking order/payment, making drinks, packing orders and handing out to customers... at least 3 staff members out back but not helping. Lady...serving on tills very helpful and pleasant and apologised for the wait but you could see she needed a bit of assistance. When someone did approach near the tills and she asked for help the staff member said she should have gone home at 3... No issues with the food all hot and tasted fresh.

Only edible if they don't care what they eat or are drunk about care. I had pieces of dried chickens, so I left the biggest part of it.
