Not only was it pricey (priced at $6 for roughly a cup to a cup and a half), but it also seemed watered down, resembling more of a chili soup. However, we did enjoy the upgrades to the interior. As for parking, the drive-through layout could use some improvement.

I absolutely love this Tim's; the staff is incredibly friendly and always gets my order correct. As for dietary restrictions, my daughter is lactose intolerant, and they offer plenty of options for her.

When I finally go... read more A few minutes later, a staff member called out for a BLT. I tried to get her attention three times before the guy who took my order came over. When I finally got home, I discovered that my sandwich didn't have any cheese. I called to complain, but no one answered the phone. This experience is just the latest in a series of frustrating service encounters I've had here with mixed-up, very simple orders. It will be a long time before I consider returning.
