Cornwall seems to have the best customer service than any other city I've ever been to. Pepper mills has delicious food and great staff. I highly recommend the mushroom risotto balls and portobello mushroom burger.
We (3 couples) came for the advertised Sunday prime rib dinner. After taking our orders, the waiter came back and said they had run out of prime rib. As this was very early in the dinner hour and the restaurant was not busy, that was poor kitchen management. We ordered substitute meals and they were excellent but not what we came for. The waiter was very gracious and comped our desserts, somewhat redeeming the restaurant. We will be back but I hope they do better planning next time.
